Camila Cabello Confesses: Camila Cabello has revealed she was a contestant on The X Factor in hopes of getting married to Harry Styles. The Havana performer began her career as a contestant in an audition for a talent show on TV.
After advancing to the next round of the competition, she put in a group with four other women. She created the group of musicians Fifth Harmony. They placed third and later were signed by the record label.
After releasing hits songs with the group, Camila decided to leave the group and pursue an independent career that was going well. In addition, she began her acting career in the film 2021’s Cinderella in the role of the title.
Today, Camila Cabello Confesses the reasons behind her participation in The X Factor. The show’s star was on James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke. Camila Cabello Confesses that she was a fan of Harry Styles, which turns out to be the main reason behind her joining the contest.
However, she also admitted to being an avid admirer of One Direction, created by the same show on TV in different seasons.
“This is embarrassing. I only speak about it because it was almost ten years ago. But I was thinking, “I’m auditioning to be on X-Factor because I’m planning to marry Harry Styles! ‘” Camila Cabello shared her thoughts with The Late Late Show host. “I believed that at the time,” the Senorita performer said. “I was not sure we would marry; however, I thought,
“I’m going to audition for X-Factor, and we’ll meet, and I’m going to sing and, if we’re lucky, we’ll get married! ‘” she continued. Camila added that this was the first time she had revealed the information. While her dream of marrying Styles did not come to fruition, The singer was in an affair for a while with another star, Shawn Mendes.
Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes are doing well in their respective careers. The two dated for several years before breaking up in recent times. The split was a mutually agreeable one because both had different priorities at the time.
